All too often, fear and anxiety block our understanding of why we are like we are. My work over the past 25 years has been about helping people make better sense of themselves and their world.
In the course of a rich and varied career, I have become widely known and respected as an authority in my field, providing regular relationship and health advice on TV, radio and in the press.

A lot of my work has a short term focus, typically between 5 and 10 sessions, but this varies greatly according to need, as does the type of treatment – hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT or any combination of these. In every situation, I provide advice to help develop insights to enable the client to understand why and what has happened so that they can take control of the present, and the future.
