Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is about learning to identify our habits of thoughts, beliefs and behaviours which we have used unconsciously and have been working for us in a negative way.
Once we become consciously aware of, and can identify these negative processes we can choose more realistic and useful behaviour.
CBT is used to help in a variety of clinical and non-clinical problems, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, substance abuse disorders, and psychotic disorders.
CBT works so much more effectively when used in conjunction with hypnosis. People respond better when completely relaxed, and find the process so very enjoyable and really effective than without hypnosis.
